From May 1 to June 8, Almetyevsk will host the II International Festival "ATTRACTION OF MUSIC". The artistic director of the festival is the Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Ekaterina Mechetina. The direction of the festival in 2022 is classical music.

He taught a class of pedagogical skills at the Leningrad Conservatory. Since 1990 he has been teaching at the Special Music School (College) of the St. Petersburg State Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory. S. M. Shalman developed and put into practice an effective methodology for the development of young violinists, which combines a high level of requirements with accessibility for a wide range of students, ensures their rapid progress and stimulates creative enthusiasm. Many of his students have become winners and diploma winners of prestigious international and all-Russian competitions, concert violinists and artists of famous orchestras.
Savely Markovich constantly conducts master classes and lectures in Russia, European countries and the USA, is a member of the jury of Russian and international competitions. Methodological works written by him and articles about his pedagogical activity were published in domestic and foreign journals. He is the editor and compiler of many editions of the pedagogical repertoire. A reflection of the methodology of S. M. Shalman was the school “I will be a violinist” - one of the most popular teaching aids. The main text of the school is accompanied by sections "Advice to parents", "Methodological comments" and "About the violin and violinists". The first of them will introduce the history of the instrument, famous performers, teachers and violin makers. The second section will help make your child's homework more successful. The third section, addressed to educators, contains general guidelines and tips for working on specific skills and individual works. The school was supplemented by the world's first master course consisting of two video series demonstrating S. M. Shalman's methodology. The first of them - "I will be a violinist" (7 films) - illustrates almost all the provisions of the manual. The second series - “I will be a violinist. Concert and Pedagogical Repertoire” (8 films), dedicated to work on works of ancient and romantic music, concerts, virtuoso pieces, etudes and caprices, allows you to hear the play of young violinists brought up according to the proposed method, to trace their development from the age of five to eighteen. Along with this, audio and video recordings of famous violinists of the 20th century are widely used in it.

State Symphony Orchestra of the Udmurt Republic
The orchestra was founded in 1992. The first concert performances of the orchestra took place in January 1993. Over the years of the orchestra's existence, it has mastered a rich and varied repertoire. The ensemble's programs include masterpieces of Western and Russian classics, fragments from operas and ballets, cantata-oratorio compositions, samples of modern academic music, the best that has been created in the field of popular genres - operetta, musical, film music, jazz compositions. A special place in the repertoire is occupied by the music of Udmurt composers. In the concerts of the orchestra, the masterpieces of the classic of Udmurt music G. Korepanov received a new life, arias and choirs from the theater music of N. Grekhovodov sounded, the orchestra performed a number of premieres of works by E. Kopysova, A. Korepanov, S. Cherezov, Yu. Tolkach.
The orchestra has been conducting successful creative activity for the 30th concert season. During its existence, thousands of concerts have been held in the Republic of Bashkortostan, Russian cities and European countries. The international summer school "Play With Joy" is held in 2021 and 2022 under a grant from the President of the Russian Federation for the development of civil society. When organizing classes, the method of concentrated training is used with ensemble forms of work. In 2022, the participants will be taught by the leading teachers of the Special Music School at the St. Petersburg Conservatory, who conduct original courses in Germany and England, as well as artists of the Udmurt Philharmonic and the Nobilis Ensemble. After a week of intensive studies, the participants perform at the school's reporting concert, the best numbers from which will be presented in the program of the festival gala concert "Nobilis. Children".
